Course Outline

· List the New Mexico Statutes for engineers

· List the New Mexico Administrative Code for engineers

Instructor/Developer:            Nicholas C. Georgalis, MSEE, PE

 

Mr. Georgalis is an Ohio registered professional engineer with Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  He has a minor in Philosophy from his undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University.  He has taken courses in Law as part of his graduate studies at Cleveland State University.   Mr. Georgalis has experience in the design and project management of Intelligent Transportation Systems and has worked as a building engineer and area manager for AT&T.  More recently he served as a Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Prior to becoming a patent examiner Mr. Georgalis  represented myself before the USPTO in his successful patent filing.  He is an author and publisher.  His current book is  “God and Wealth The Rise and Fall of Nations” where he presents a detailed historical and statistical study of the reasons for the fate of nations.  The book is available on Amazon.  His publishing is through this web site where he publishes his courses as well as the courses submitted by others.  Mr. Georgalis’ experience with government agencies as a contractor and as an employee with the USPTO, his years spent in writing his book, his graduate and undergraduate studies, as well as his research of the laws of the State of New Mexico has enabled him to present the subject of New Mexico Professional Ethics for Engineers.
